The new RED directive specifies the unifying principle for placing radio equipment, including cellular telephones, car door devices and modulation mediators on the market. New instruction
Designed to keep pace with the growing number and variety of radio equipment and devices and to ensure that they are mutually related
Or do not interfere with human health.
The new Directive provides more market monitoring tools for the competent authority to monitor radio equipment that does not meet the new safety requirements. After assessment
Later, the European Commission will determine the type of equipment needed to register before launching the market. A similar database has been operating in the United states. As opposed to the old R&TTE directive, the main contents of the new RED directive are as follows:
1., the new legislative framework (NLF) for all CE signs, new method directives, and the consistency of the new legislative framework (NLF)
1. EU wireless toy or short distance remote control product standard ETSI EN 300 220-1/2 update

Definition of broadband and narrowband products;
Add instantaneous power, adjacent channel power, and receiver block test items;
Modulation bandwidth and other changes in test project methods.
The significance and impact of new regulations on markets and customers:
The regulations are mandatory requirements for <1GHz wireless toys or short distance remote control products to enter the EU market. If they do not meet the above conditions, they will face the risk of fines or recalls.
